Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 19, 2026
Thank you for using our cleaner application (the "App").
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information
that may be processed in connection with the App.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our App.
1. Information Collection
Our App is a device cleaning and storage management tool.
We do not proactively collect, store, or upload personally identifiable information
(such as your name, phone number, national ID number, contact list, call history, or SMS content).
The App mainly operates locally on your Android device.
File scanning, storage analysis, cleaning recommendations, and virus scanning are,
whenever possible, processed directly on your device.
Only app install/uninstall events and basic device compatibility information
may be reported to our servers (see Section 2 and Section 8 "Data Retention").
2. Information We Access
After you agree to this Privacy Policy, the App may access the following information
to deliver cleaning and management features:
-
Files and folders stored on your device, such as file size,
file type, cache files, and storage usage information.
-
Installed application information, such as application list and per-app size,
when required to provide storage analysis and "unused apps" detection.
-
Basic device information, such as Android version, device model,
screen resolution, and CPU architecture, for compatibility and crash diagnostics.
-
Google Advertising ID (GAID / AD_ID):
After you agree to this Privacy Policy, if the App displays advertisements or needs
conversion attribution, frequency capping, or fraud prevention, we may read the Google Play Advertising ID.
You may reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalization in
System Settings → Privacy → Ads.
-
Android ID (SSAID):
After you agree to this Privacy Policy, we may read the system-generated
Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID solely for the purposes of device uniqueness checks in our
ad module, avoiding duplicate configuration pulls for the same device, and anti-abuse / anti-fraud scenarios.
It is never linked to your real identity, phone number, or account identifiers.
This information is used only to deliver the App's features and
(when ads are enabled) ad service experiences.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with unrelated third-party data brokers or ad intermediaries.
Only when you have opted in to a given ad SDK may that SDK independently process the above identifiers
under its own privacy policy — see Section 4 for details.
3. Permissions We Use
To deliver cleaning and storage management features, the App may request the permissions below when necessary.
Each permission is used only for its described purpose and never for unrelated uses;
you may deny any permission when asked, or revoke previously granted permissions in System Settings at any time.
-
All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE):
Required to scan and clean app caches, redundant photo / video / audio files,
uninstalled APK bundles, and directories left after an app is uninstalled.
MediaStore only covers specific media types, and the System Storage Access Framework (SAF)
cannot efficiently walk the entire directory tree for bulk cleaning.
Full storage access is therefore required for the scenarios above.
-
Query All Installed Packages (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES):
Required to detect apps unused for more than 4 weeks,
report per-app storage usage, kill background processes during memory boost,
match APK packages against the virus database, and identify duplicate / outdated APK bundles.
Since the set of apps a user may install is completely unpredictable, the functionality
cannot be replicated with static <queries> whitelisting.
-
System Alert Window / Draw Over Other Apps (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW):
Used only when you manually turn ON the "Floating One-Tap Boost" toggle in Settings,
in order to display a draggable floating boost button on the home screen and above other apps.
The floating button disappears immediately when the toggle is turned off or the permission is revoked.
This permission is never used to overlay system UI, the lockscreen, or the notification shade.
-
Usage Stats Access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS / UsageStats):
Required to read the actual last-used timestamp of every app so the App can detect and remind you
about apps that have been unused for more than 4 weeks.
MediaStore or UsageEvents alone cannot reliably return a true, cross-session last-used time
across all apps, so this permission is required.
-
Foreground Service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE):
Used to keep a persistent cleanup-reminder notification alive across lock screen and background transitions
so that timely reminders can still be delivered.
You may long-press the notification to turn it off at any time, or disable reminders permanently inside the App's Settings.
-
Post Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, Android 13+):
Used to deliver cleanup reminders, security reminders, and (when ads are enabled)
ad-related notifications. You may turn them off in System Settings at any time.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services to improve user experience,
including but not limited to:
- Google Play Services (In-App Updates, Google Play compatibility checks)
- Google AdMob (if advertisements are displayed)
- Firebase services (if crash monitoring is enabled)
These third-party services may process information according to their own privacy policies.
When ads are enabled, the Google AdMob SDK may independently collect GAID, Android ID,
and network metadata for personalized advertising, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and billing.
The privacy policies of Google services are listed below:
- Google Privacy Policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google AdMob:
https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
- File scanning, cleaning operations, and virus scanning all run locally on your device. The contents of your personal files are never uploaded to our servers;
- All outbound network requests are forced over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Cleartext HTTP traffic is not permitted;
- All SharedPreferences are stored in private MODE_PRIVATE. Cached GAID / Android ID values cannot be read by other installed apps;
- android:allowBackup is set to "false", so the system backup pipeline will not synchronize this App's private data to the cloud.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for, nor directed at, children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately
through the channels listed in Section 10 and we will remove such content within a reasonable period.
7. Your Choices and Withdrawing Consent
You can, at any time:
-
Deny a requested system permission when the permission dialog appears;
-
Revoke any previously granted permission under
System Settings → Apps → Our App → Permissions;
-
Clear all local data via
System Settings → Apps → Our App → Storage → Clear data,
which resets the App's local configuration, cached identifiers, and consent state;
-
Uninstall the App to stop all information access and processing entirely.
Withdrawing Consent:
If you wish to withdraw your consent to this Privacy Policy, you may uninstall the App;
or Clear App data via System Settings → Apps → Our App → Storage → Clear data.
After the data is cleared, the privacy & consent dialog will reappear on the next launch
so that you can re-choose whether to agree.
8. Data Retention
Data is retained only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
-
On-device data: configurations, cached GAID / Android ID,
scan results and cleaning preferences stored in SharedPreferences or local databases
are deleted immediately upon App uninstallation or Clear Data.
-
Server-side data: if the App reports install / uninstall events,
device compatibility data, or crash logs to our servers,
such records are retained for a maximum of 90 days, after which they are automatically
irreversibly anonymized or destroyed.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to feature changes,
legal requirements, or third-party SDK policy updates.
The updated version will be posted inside the App (via an in-app notice), on the App's home screen, or on our official website,
and the version number and effective date will be revised accordingly.
For material changes (such as new categories of data or new usage purposes),
we will re-obtain your explicit consent through a prominent notice.
